Before you get in touch
Is automation worth it for a smaller company?
Smaller companies benefit the most. Every hour people spend retyping is an hour missing elsewhere. AI tools make development faster and cheaper than ever, so a system pays off even for a company of ten. Before you decide, we work out the numbers in the analysis.
Why not off-the-shelf software, such as a CRM or an ERP?
Off-the-shelf software makes sense when your work fits into it. Whatever doesn't fit ends up back in Excel and email. A custom system starts from how you work and connects to the tools that already work for you, so your accounting can stay where it is.
Can code written with the help of AI be trusted?
Yes, when an experienced person is in charge. We design the architecture, the data model and the security ourselves, and AI mostly speeds up the routine work. Every change is reviewed and tested before it goes live.
What if the AI misreads a document?
That is why a person makes every important decision. The AI pre-fills the details and flags anything it is unsure about, and the responsible colleague confirms them. Before development starts, we test the reading on your real documents.
Who owns the system and the source code?
You get a perpetual licence to use the system, with no limit on the number of users. If our cooperation ends, we hand over the complete source code. The general building blocks we use across projects remain ours, so that we can keep improving them for all our clients.
Why don't you bill by the hour like everyone else?
AI tools make our development several times faster. With an hourly rate, only the supplier would benefit from that. A fixed delivery price and a monthly fee give you predictable costs, and motivate us to deliver quickly and well.
